Where it started

Alex had a strong offer and an established digital presence across YouTube and social media. What was missing was a website that matched that level of credibility. The men's coaching space is saturated and most brands in it look identical. He needed something premium, philosophical, and built to convert. That is where I came in.

What was broken

The old site was not retaining visitors or driving calls. No clear trust signals, no conversion structure, no brand identity worth remembering. We needed to fix all three at once.

[Old Website]

I owned this project end to end

Brand identity, website architecture, services page, booking system, and every design decision in between. I worked alongside Alex's marketing lead to make sure the sequencing and structure served the conversion strategy, but the creative execution was entirely mine. Four deliverables, one month.

  1. Building something worth remembering

To compete in this niche you need more than aesthetics, you need a story. I built the identity around Chiron, the centaur of Greek mythology. Not chaos, but wisdom. The mentor who guided Achilles and Hercules. The balance between instinct and refinement. That is Alex's entire philosophy in one image.

The emblem gives the brand depth that competitors cannot replicate quickly. It gives Alex a narrative to lead with, and it gives his audience a framework for understanding what the transformation actually means. Memorable brands convert at a higher rate. That was the goal.

  1. Designing for all screens

Designed as a full funnel conversion experience for every screen size, the homepage moves visitors through awareness, trust, and intent all the way to one action: booking a call.

Hero establishes the value proposition immediately. Social proof and credibility signals reduce friction mid page. A low commitment entry point captures leads who are not yet ready to convert. Archetype targeting ensures the right visitor self selects. Every touchpoint is mapped to a stage in the decision making process.

  1. Multi-page experience

A visitor on the services page is already interested. The only thing that should happen here is they find what they need and take action. I designed every service with a clear hierarchy: what it is, who it is for, what they get, how to start.

Mobile was treated as a primary surface, not an afterthought. A large portion of coaching clients arrive through social links on their phones. A services page that loses them on mobile is a direct revenue leak.

  1. Animation and automation

Scroll triggered animations were added to reinforce the quality of the brand without slowing load times. The booking system was embedded directly into the flow so the distance between intent and action is as short as possible. Every CTA across the entire site points to one place: book a free strategy session.

The results

Inbound calls increased within the first weeks of launch. The brand now matches the quality of the offer, and that alignment is doing the work.

70%

Increase in strategy session bookings following launch.

18,000+

Followers reached across connected social platforms.

21

Additional client calls generated per week post launch.

15%

Increase in paying clients within the first month.

Key Takeaways

Conversion architecture is a design skill. Structuring a homepage as a funnel requires understanding user psychology, decision making stages, and how layout drives behavior. That is what separates a good looking site from one that actually performs.

Coaching clients need a product designer, not just a web designer. The role expanded into consulting on service presentation, messaging hierarchy, and lead generation strategy. Understanding the business model is what made the design decisions effective.

Delivery speed without quality loss is a competitive advantage. A full brand system and Framer website shipped in one month. That kind of turnaround requires clear creative direction, strong client communication, and an efficient design process from day one.

Let's get started!

If you’re thinking about a new website or redesign, I’d love to hear about it.
